What can we learn from research and practice about companies can unleash workforce talent and engagement as they face the twin challenges of digitalisation and net zero?

As Industry 5.0 calls for a new balance between technological advancement, human wellbeing, and environmental sustainability, this masterclass brings together leading researchers and company representatives to explore the practical steps towards achieving these goals. The session will explore how organisations can design environments that place people at the centre, fostering purpose, inclusion, and resilience alongside innovation and productivity.

Bringing together policymakers, company representatives, workers, researchers, and educators, this interactive masterclass will enable participants to learn from evidence-based practice, exchange views, identify shared challenges, and examine effective human-centric approaches that can be scaled or adapted across sectors.

Registered participants will be invited to share their questions, challenges and experiences on the Industry 5.0 platform before the Masterclass, and responses will be addressed directly by the expert speakers.
