Cedefop Online Workshop: 26^th November 2025.

Industry 5.0 promotes a human-centric transformation of European workplaces, in which skills and technologies are complementary. This event stressed the importance of workplaces as foci of learning. The panellists, including Bridges 5.0’s Steven Dhondt, highlighted the crucial role of policy for the development of a strong skill base. There are already virtuous examples of cooperation between industry and education that can provide a roadmap towards the promotion of human-centric workplaces.
