The move towards Industry 5.0 requires broad collaboration and continuous dialogue between all those involved in industrial transformation. The masterclass webinar series serves as both a learning journey and a mobilisation process, with a strong emphasis on practical implementation, focused on ‘how to’ questions

  • Creating inclusive spaces for exchange: Webinars allow stakeholders across Europe to connect and exchange perspectives on the challenges and opportunities of Industry 5.0.

  • Mobilising and motivating stakeholders: By presenting real examples and concrete solutions, the series encourages active engagement from workers, managers, VET students, and job-seekers.

  • Linking research, policy, and practice: The series translates BRIDGES 5.0 findings into accessible insights and invites feedback to inform policy briefs and project outputs.

  • Supporting uptake of new skills and learning pathways: Through showcasing good practices and engaging in interactive discussions, the webinars help organisations and individuals understand how to move towards Industry 5.0.

The masterclass webinar series will:
  • Engage and motivate a diverse set of stakeholders to support and benefit from BRIDGES 5.0 outcomes.
  • Offer practical, accessible learning experiences for workers, managers, VET students, and job-seekers on topics relevant to the twin transitions and Industry 5.0.
  • Foster dialogue between practice and research, connecting companies, academics, policy makers, and communities.
The series provides a continuous dialogue platform to:
  • Explain what Industry 5.0 means in practice.
  • Share project insights and experiences.
  • Facilitate peer learning and motivate participation.
